I hit a deer & had to initiate a claim for damages to my vehicle. The adjuster asked if I would be willing to use an app to take pictures of the damage to my vehicle & have the appraisal done in said manner. I followed directions & took several photos, which were then submitted for review & estimate. Obviously, I cannot rate the app on the end results, as I haven’t received the estimate yet. I did give it 5 stars for ease of use, though. I will update my review once I see what the estimate says. I find it hard to believe that they will be able to accurately assess the damages from a few photos, but we will see!
Somewhat easy to use
Taking the picture for the car the outline they have for my car really doesn’t fit so I took the best picture I thought hopefully it will work so my car can get an estimate and get fixed.
First time putting a claim in
Called the general for the first time. They made the process less stressful. I appreciate how they gave me all the information on the first call unlike the claim process at Erie Insurance. The general representatives were very professional and efficient
