Applied a bug-fix to the package payment processing view so that the end date of the package is updated and the page indicates when the purchase is being processed. Trainers can now create notification broadcasts once more.

Users can now update their card information. User experience has been enhanced marginally with color code changes in the icons and the search box to make them more noticeable. Bug fixes have been made to re-enable the ability to search for challenges made by trainers across the application. Lastly, all the gift app packages have been updated to near current versions as well.
