THE H App은 입주자 정보와 단지 세대정보를 통해 회원정보등록을 하시면 가족대표와 구성원 모두 손쉽게 이용하실 수 있습니다.
최첨단 IoT 기능에서 확장하여 ‘커뮤니티 시스템’을 도입하여 시설정보/예약, 강좌신청 나의 이용정보 등 입주민들을 위한 편의와 주거생활의 즐거움을 제공합니다.
이 밖에도 입주를 위한 원하는 고객은 '사전점검 및 입주예약 시스템'을 이용하여 THE H를 보다 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다.

- 메인 : 거주하시는 아파트 현재 날씨와 미세먼지 정보를 알려드립니다.
- 커뮤니티: 시설정보, 시설예약, 강좌신청, 나의 이용정보 등 주거생활의 편의를 제공합니다.
- 사전점검 및 예약: 원하는 날짜와 시간에 사전 점검 및 예약 신청을 하실 수 있습니다.
- 공간제어 : 현재 거주하시는 세대를 공간별로 구분하여 가전과 세대기능을 제어할 수 있습니다.
- 가전제어 : 현재 보유하고 계신 스마트가전을 제어할 수 있습니다.
- 조회 : 세대 방문자 및 전기사용량, 아파트 공지사항 등 다양한 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 약관 : THE H 스마트홈 서비스 이용약관, 개인정보 처리방침 등을 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 회원정보 : 가입하신 회원의 정보를 볼 수 있으며, 회원가입 시 등록한 정보와 알림수신 동의 등을 확인 및 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 설정 : 공간 및 가전 등록 및 자동 로그인, APP 버전, 오픈소스 라이선스 등을 확인할 수 있습니다.

- THE H Smart Home APP은 Wi-Fi와 데이터 네트워크 환경에서 모두 사용하실 수 있습니다. 단, 데이터 네트워크 환경에서는 가입하신 통신사 요금정책에 따라 통신요금이 과금될 수 있습니다.
- THE H 단지에 거주하시는 세대만 사용 가능합니다. (단, 2018년 6월 이전 입주 단지 제외)

Please make this app in English. I live here and can’t use this…
Could be easier to use
1/ enable authentication to the app using face id
2/ enable customers to unlock doors without opening the app. Doors could be unlocked with the RFID card already, and tapping the phone to the door should be enough to open it.
3/ DO NOT REQUIRE LOCATION SERVICES TO ALWAYS BE ON!! I understand the need to required location services while using the app to confirm the user is on the property, but there is absolutely no reason for the app to constantly be tracking my location at all times.
