The Happy Prospector Pro 4+

The Happy Prospector Pro App allows the user to know where you are on the ground when prospecting in WA to ensure you are prospecting legally. It does not require phone coverage to work, but allows the easy update the tenement data when in mobile coverage range or when they have access to the internet, and will display the last downloaded data file information. It is the users’ responsibility to update the tenement data file on a regular basis, noting that the file is updated by the Department of Mines, Industry, Regulation and Safety on a daily basis.

The IOS version is the Pro version which provides and overlay of Gold Mines in Western Australia, as well as a basic tracking feature, and has been updated to reflect the latest changes with DMIRS file structures.

The App requires access to your devices GPS, Note not all iPads have GPS installed please check prior to purchasing.

The compiled application and source code remains the property of the Blueprint Industries, and the purchase of the app provides the user with a single device licence to use the app.

The user agrees to indemnify Blueprint Industries, and its officers and employees in respect of all claims and consequences for loss, damage or injury suffered by the user or any other person or corporation resulting from the use the application software.

This Agreement is made under the Laws of the State of Western Australia and users submit to the jurisdiction of that State.

As this app requires the use of data provided by the Western Australian Department of Mines, Industry, regulation and Safety and use of the app requires the user to agree to and abide by the Terms and Conditions of use from the Department of Mines, Industry, Regulation and Safety.
