We switched to The Hartford through offers from AARP. This turned out to be a great move for us. We used the TrueLane app and were rewarded with a discount for our driving habits… (Yeaa!)Direct payment and web access to our documents has been excellent. But, the real test of any insurance company is how things go when you really need them. We suffered the total loss of one of our cars. The Claims Department was really quick in response. Even though our claim was passed across several desks and agents as it was processed, we were kept in the loop the whole time. And, the check for our claim was processed and we received it promptly. We located a replacement vehicle and Xavier (your Rep) quickly, efficiently, and professionally updated our policy in amazingly short order. All of your Reps, in all departments were great to work with and answered any questions we had. In life, we are not taught, nor do we practice, insurance claims for loss. We, the policy holders must rely on the professionalism of the insurance company and its agents to help us along. The Hartford has excelled and exceeded my expectations in your service. I have been driving in New York City at the age of 18 and I have had several insurance companies simply because their rates were too high. I have been living in Connecticut since 1996 and also have had various insurance companies simply because their rates kept changing every six months. I took a defensive driving course. Through AARP and have been receiving their newsletters that’s when I noticed that AARP also and home insurance I inquired and made a change from Allstate to the Hartford auto insurance at a lower rate yearly and monthly. I love it even more, knowing that I have been grandfathered in remain in a yearly policy. The customer service is exemplary at best continue to hire more employees that know the Hartford auto insurance Product.

You guys need a office because some people are making mistakes that’s causing an issue. This could cause people to lose their privileges. I have two different card numbers. One of them is not mine was used to pay for my car insurance. The young lady told me not to worry about it she took down the correct number and the other number was not used so I ended up using the money for my grocery. Because she assured me my bill was paid and that I owe nothing not to worry that it had been taken care of so that being said y’all need to office some people are more savvy with. In person to person so that they can doublecheck not just themselves, but also the insurance sales person.

Someone broke into my car and shattered three of the windows. It was so easy when I call The Hartford. Everyone was so nice. They assured me that it would be done and it there was some problems with getting a glass out the doors. I took my car back to the Mercedes dealer who assured me if I contacted my insurance they would cover and they did immediately. I don’t remember the three ladies that helped me, but they helped me really well and guaranteed payment in 24 hours thank you for being such an excellent
