Confusing interface
The developer needs to add a simple dialog box to the redemption process. It is far too easy to accidentally redeem a reward. And if you do this, the app resets and shows no indication that a reward has been earned. A simple dialog box telling you to show it to the server before clicking on the redeem button would solve this whole process. Alternately, having a screen appear after the redemption button is pressed that simply says you’ve earned a reward would help too. This is a shining example of bad software design.
