The Honest Company 4+

I love everything about the products, and the convenient bundle options. It’s a plus that you can update each subscription/ bundle order as needed if you feel like you need your specific bundle every week, 4weeks, etc. with options to switch out diapers for pull ups was what sold me on the bundle deals. The products themselves are exactly what I was looking for for my baby/toddler. I do wish pull-ups or any training underwear came in smaller sizes because my barely 2 year old(25 months) has been trying to potty train for about 6-8 months now and he’s only 24lbs and still only in size 12month bottoms he’s almost to the point now that he can wear 12/18 month bottoms so the 2T pull ups which I believe run big anyways are really loose on him and irritate his privates so we are having to stay in diapers. He wants to potty train so bad but wants his “big boy underwear” he’s just too tiny so not being able to properly fit the pulls up he tends to not show interest in the potty training as much as he does when we find pull-ups (other brands) that fit. Hopefully one day the honest company will offer smaller or true to size pulls up! Either way the convenience of the bundles and quality of the products is still my favorite and I would recommend to anyone!

This app makes changing and updating my bundle so easy and convenient. Shopping for additional items is just as easy and fun! I like that I can swap diaper packs for different sizes, for overnight packs, and/or for training pants all right in the app.

I've been getting my son's diapers, wipes, and other baby care items from Honest for almost two years now. They are the best baby care items we've tried. And sooo good on his sensitive skin. This company has THE BEST customer service, hands down, of any company I've encountered. Every single person I've spoken with has been friendly, genuinely interested in my concern and helping me, and gone above and beyond to make whatever issue correct. I will be an Honest supporter forever! Thank you so much for providing such great products for my baby, me, and our home! Thanks for providing such great customer service and wonderful employees! And thanks for having such a great and easy app that actually works how it's supposed to!

I love the Honest Company but when I signed up for the Bundle Package and received the wrong diaper size it was impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone. Not to mention my honest box was open and dirty when I received it. I kept calling for two days just to continue to get a recording stating that they were having phone issues and to contact customer service online. So I woke up early the next morning and got on the app where I was place in a queue (number 63). Once it was my turn to chat with a live agent I was placed back at the end of the line (number 63). This happened twice. After an hour and a half wait, I posted a picture on Instagram tagging the honest company and received a DM with an email address. Once I emailed them, the process starting going really quickly and I was able to return my bundle and get another one in its place. Megan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This shouldn’t have to ever happen and they need to work on contact with customers. It’s ridiculous to have to wait 3 days to talk (email) someone.
Hopefully I don’t have these same issues with my second shipment. Giving them one more chance and if I have the same issues, then I will just get my diapers from Target were I know I will get to immediate customer service. It just made me wonder how a successful company can allow their phones line to go down.
