Love the app. Quick reference guide to pick the right things to eat. It's like my new pocket food bible 😃
So much energy! Completely worth it.
The start isn’t easy. At first, you think you’ll never be able to enjoy “yummy foods” again! Fast forward two weeks and think again. The amount of energy is insane. The weight loss speaks for itself but it’s definitely supported by feeling so much better, lighter, and did I mention FULL of energy!? That has been the most noticeable benefit so far. I can get so much done in a day while eating foods that are both filling and good for me. It’s a win/win! Such a blessing to have found Dr. Sharara both for fertility and overall health!
Waste of $$$, do quick google search
I was expecting a lot more for the price. Essentially, the doctor suggests low gi diet for fertility. There is a listing of Foods with GI index. I thought there would be something to help you track your foods, nope. This essentially was an extended article you can find with quick google search. Wish I could get my money back.
