Stephen Hough's performance was superb. It was such an enriching experience to learn the background of the piece. I enjoyed the little embedded excerpts in the explanation portion of the app. Loved being able to follow the performance as the notes scrolled below. I just wished I could have somehow transferred the performance portion to my other devices so I could listen to the piece independent of the video. If that became available it could justify the price of the app. As it is if I want the music on my iPod I need to make another music only purchase and that is only if that recording is available for purchase. But I would love other pieces presented in like manner. I am planning to investigate The Orchestra also made by Touch Press. I know I won't be disappointed. Excellent app.

This is a great app I had dream for a long time! The staff note sync perfect to the video, and so as the piano roll. I think inside the app there's both video and midi tracks. Actually I have an automatic player piano which the keys can be driven by Midi signals, I just wander if this app can send midi out via a camera kit and a USB Midi-interface. Great job, well done!

A beautiful piece, performed beautifully, and accompanied with a wealth of analysis that makes me want to frequently replay the performance and commentary. I have all the classical apps from this publisher and this one is my favorite. Well done Touchpress!

An amazing, in depth look at the Liszt piano sonata in b minor, fantastically performed and analyzed by the phenomenal Stephen Hough.I hope that there will be more of these to come! Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin... the list goes on.I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Hough. This man is a genius.Thank you so much for this!

Slickly done but not worth the price. Not for only 30 minutes of music

I thought it was going to teach you how to play the song all you do is listen to the song for $10.00 when you could do it for free on YouTube.

I am always a Touchpress fan, and I never regret about buying any of your apps, this app is fantastic as usual. However, on my iPad 3, ios7, when I start the performance, the time displayed is always 0:00, and I can't move the script to skip. Hope you can fix this bug soon!
