Great App

This is a great App,but I wish you could search recipes across all issues!

Can't access previous purchases.

The app wants me to purchase all previous purchases and there is no way to restore previous purchases. The only way is to sign into my TLP account which doesn't exist since my subscription is via iTunes. How do I restore purchases?
