You grew up listening tales about your father, the famous and world renowned archaeologist Karl Freeman, to whom the greatest and most important archaeological discoveries are attributed throughout history.
However, you never met him. He disappeared in the last of his expeditions, while investigating the origin of a legend regarding a mythical and mysterious fountain with marvelous healing powers for the sick. Today we know it as the “Fountain of Eternal Youth”, which is said to be hidden in an uncharted lost island.
Now, as a young and restless person, you can feel your ancestor's call, inviting you to investigate what could have happened in that mysterious, and faraway island.
Equipped with only your grandfather’s old cartographic drawings, you decide to venture and head out toward an uncertain, but wonderful journey in search of your father.

I really enjoyed this game. The puzzles were fun without being overly challenging. The hardest puzzle was the tile sliding puzzle, which you can thankfully skip. However I kept at it and eventually solved it. I was disappointed by the ending and the text gets in the way sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this game.
I began this game thinking that it would be as entertaining as the Alice games, but it did not hold a candle to them. The graphics were beautiful, but the scenery in each area was so similar that I spent most of my time trying to figure out how to get where I needed to go. Very frustrating! The map was useless, as it did not indicate how to travel from one location to another, nor did it allow for clicking on an area to travel to it. That would have helped in the long run. If it had not been for the Appunwrapper site walkthrough I would have deleted this game after the first half-hour. I persisted because I felt there would be a worthwhile ending to the game. I am deleting it now and will not be replaying it.
Very good so far
It's challenging, which I like in a point and click game, but not too frustrating.
Side note: I'm learning Spanish so I'm playing en español and I noticed in the step-by-step help, some of the paragraphs overlap each other, making it very hard to read. D: I haven't seen the help section in English (or other languages), but I'm pretty sure the paragraphs are meant to fit perfectly under the sliding paper images that cover the text one by one. But it's an eyesore in Spanish. Just fyi.
