Best App for Captain’s License!

My wife and I both enjoy boating, and we plan to do the Great Loop in a few years. We both want our USCG captains license.
We both have been using this app to prepare for the tests. In just a few weeks I have passed all my tests to get my Masters, and my wife is soon to follow. This app made it possible and it’s easy.
