Time to Reach The Peak 🏔️

This app got me from Dunkin’ Donuts to Peak Performance! I’ve seen Alex play at the D1 level and put in the work and dedication to achieve at a high level on a consistent basis. The opportunity to learn from him and his flexible training style that’s suitable for any and everyone breaks down barriers to ensuring you are able to reach the other side of your fitness goals!

I’ve had the privilege to train with him in person and these workouts will deliver results! The roadmap is being given to you but the consistency and dedication is on you. Trust the process!

Great app that makes working out easy

Been looking for an app that simplifies working out with videos for each day that are mainly around just Bodyweight exercises.

This app did that and more. Interesting clips on there with pro athletes as well that I enjoyed.
