This is a postpartum fitness and diet program, also available through Teachable. The app takes breastfeeding mamas through a specific diet plan to increase their milk supply while losing weight, as well as walking them through healing exercises after baby. There are videos, recipes and written text within the app, which will be updated monthly.

Do Not Sign Up

This is not suitable for nursing moms. The program consists of very little food on the list, not even suitable for someone who isn’t nursing. The grocery list for the week does not match with the meals, so you are left with meals that you need to make but not the ingredients. It’s also not formatted as an app. The shopping list is in PDF form, which makes no sense on an app. The shopping list is a monster to work through, taking nearly an hour at the store and at least $200 per grocery run. Some meals take a long time to cook. Snacks are not included in the program, just another pdf list, which I could’ve easily found online. I requested a refund and was directed to the general apple app page, which did not allow for a refund. I reached out again twice to get a refund, and I did not get a response. I wanted to love this program, but it has many problems.
