Easy as pie
Online orders are so convenient for busy people that even when I submit my orders one hour before the Reef Store in Bremerton, close, you can bet and guarantee that my orders are ready to be picked-up! In the meantime, I still do make a follow up phone call to confirm my order and that I will on my way before closing time!

Decent App
The app experience continues to improve since it’s origin. I still find it difficult to navigate the menu at times. Descriptions get cutoff, which makes it difficult to distinguish key product characteristics when viewing items in a list. The app can feel clunky to operate.
It’s a fine app. The order discount and quick fulfillment at the store make it worth using. The staff and in-store experience deserve 5-stars.
Nice to have
This app is pretty convenient to use when you want to order but don’t want to spend too much time in the shop. I’m not sure the inventory is super accurate though because often we order items that are out of stock, or we see something is not on the app but it’s in store.
