Ratings and Reviews
For the review: it’s great. Anyone who loves puzzle and logic games, it’s a no-brainer. Absolutely worth many hours of fun (and frustration). I’ve been in the top ten for a couple of weeks now with 8,000+ players, and I still keep coming back to try to improve my solutions. It’s great.
For the dev: something like this, with perhaps a more gradual learning curve, would be an absolute hit in learning environments for teaching kids to program. Doing these puzzles is basically programming, and while I was doing them I was wishing that I had a game like this when I was younger. It can teach you to really think everything out logically and make things work the way you want them to. You should look into creating programming games for kids, there is absolutely a market for that out there.
Anyhow, well made, and keep them coming.
Ingenious puzzler that is worth your time
Not one to write many reviews, I took the time to praise this well crafted puzzle game. I am about a third of the way through and just have to marvel over the simple mechanics and spatial relationships of the game’s components. The designer should be nominated for an Editor’s Award or Best Puzzle Game App of the year. Try this game out and push your thought processes to a new level.
Developer Response ,
Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad that you liked the game.
So far so good, but...
I am only on map 2, but I found something I like better from Sequence 1. It is the method of setting sequence numbers on each device. In sequence 1, changing the number on a device did NOT mess up the sequence numbers on any other device. I like that. In Sequence 2, changing the number on a device swaps it with the other device. I don’t like that as it causes me to fight with the sequence numbers to get them all correct.
Yes, in sequence 1, it allows you to have 2 devices with the same number and then gives you an error when you try to run the machine. I would rather have that than to fight with the sequence numbers.
Some may like method 1 better and some may like method 2 better. Maybe you can make it a user option.
