Meditation is made approachable, inviting, warm and long lasting with The Shift App. Not only is the design of the app aesthetically gorgeous and easy to use, but each meditation is thoughtfully presented, including so many practical ways to carry on our centeredness throughout the day. I only wish that there were even more extensive practices offered, since I use the app nearly every single day! My favorite part about this app is that you can use it in so many different ways, in so many scenarios. On the train and have a minute for some meditation? Choose your journey. Looking to meal plan for the week and want to achieve something specific? Look for ideas here. This app is so thoughtfully organized and approachable.
I can not recommend you down load this app fast enough! It’s a game changer. Just test it out, I promise you find it not only useful and helpful but insightful. I have forced a few friends to download it as well and they are all most thankful. The guided meditations are beautiful and great for all ages. Excellent overall guide for wellness.
