THIS GAME IS LIFE-RUININGLY FUN!
From the writers of The Simpsons, comes the city building game that lets you create your own living, breathing Springfield! When Homer accidently causes a meltdown that wipes out Springfield, it’s up to you to clean up his mess… we mean, help him rebuild it!
Collect Your Favorite Characters
Help reunite Homer with his loved ones - Marge, Lisa, Maggie (and even sometimes Bart) – as well as his not so loved ones, like Ned Flanders. Re-populate Springfield with your favorite characters, from Barflies (Barney Gumble) to Wise Guys (Fat Tony). Add them all, we won’t judge! Dress your characters to the nines with options like Daredevil Bart or Lizard Queen Lisa, and relive scenes from your favorite episodes of The Simpsons!
Take Charge of Your Springfield
Can’t control your own life? Now you can control the lives of the citizens of Springfield instead! Make Apu work ridiculously long shifts at the Kwik-E-Mart, have Moe smuggle illegal animals, or make Homer toil poolside all day… that last one might not be so bad.
Build Your Own Springfield
Think Homer deserves to live next door to Moe’s? Or the monorail can survive a few more sharp twists and turns? Or 40% fewer health inspectors? Well you can finally make Springfield just the way you want it! Expand your town to the Waterfront, grow its businesses with the glamourous shops of Springfield Heights, and enjoy its sights, all with only a few taps.

Experience Unique Simpsons Stories
Catch exclusive animated scenes and new hilarious stories from the writers of The Simpsons. You know they’re good because they write for The Simpsons! Tapped Out is the most life-ruiningly fun Simpsons game you can play!
Always Something New for Your Favorite Town
Springfield might perpetually be on the verge of destruction, buy hey, at least it’s never boring. Whether it’s Halloween monster invasions, superheroes run amok, or chaos caused by one of Homer’s “great” ideas, you’ve got never-ending options to tap!

What’s New

Version 4.42.5

Springfield has been broke, a joke, and once all the residents simultaneously choked, but never before have they been woke. Thanks Mayor Quimby! Oh, and also all the people who shared their stories. What’s next for Springfield? A drone war? A pecan pie fight? A love affair between a lowly copywriter and the sexy accountant down the hall? Oh wait, these are just entries in my dream journal. Who knows what’s next for the Simpsons, but be sure to update to find out!

Editors’ Choice

Just going to build one more Kwik-E-Mart. Just going to send Bart on one more quest. Just going to…d’oh! Where’d the time go? Created by the minds behind the beloved animated series, Tapped Out is a captivating and clever App Store favorite, riffing on city-building games, the Simpsons themselves, and so much more.

Worst Game Ever - Breaks With Zero EA Support

For a fun game, it is ruined by glitches, game lock outs, and content earned through playing the game is not given to the consumer. Often real money is spent on donuts to advance the game but the content is not received. E A is unresponsive and ineffectual to give you the missing content. Instead, they try to throw 10 donuts at you, then throw 30 donuts at you thinking that this fixes the issue when the game is still malfunctioning. Anyone else enjoy playing only to encounter glitches that EA or Apple cannot resolve? This isn’t rocket science...why is such a Big, Highly-Visible game allowed not to fix simple issues like adding the content you bought for your game. The point is to get the content earned not to get more donuts to buy non-existent content. In the latest zoo game, I earned a panda and elephant but did not receive them...then why offer them if a customer earns them and Simpson’ Tapped Out doesn’t deliver nor fix the issue causing the glitch? Cute game, lousy technical support, possible fraudulent tactics in ignoring paying customers. And what’s with only getting one square of land as a “gift” to expand your land when we all used to be able to use the faux cash earned through rents to buy lots of land at a time? Playing the game is less fun in 2018 and full of glitches. My recommendation, play at your own risk....you won’t get effective support from EA.

Completely Lost Hope

The Simpsons Tapped Out was once my favorite game on my phone for many different reasons, mostly because I could rearrange Springfield however I wanted. But, almost a year ago now, a few bugs appeared, starting with an in-game update. The screen said that it needed a 950mb update to continue, so I clicked ok and it took about 30 minutes but the game was normal for the most part afterwards. The next day though, I came back to check on my city, and the game wanted me to update the same thing again. I was a little confused, but I still went ahead with the 30 minute update. As you might tell, I was pretty dedicated to this game at this particular moment. The next day, the same thing happened, so I contacted EA. They gave me the basic troubleshooting steps like restart your phone, see what amount of storage you have, etc. I did all that and yet- nothing. So, I took a break from the game for a while, thinking that in three months EA would’ve fixed the glitch. Today I got on again, and it had to update again, another almost gigabyte of storage wasted. I think that today was Tapped Outs final test to see if it would be fixed, but I think my Tapped Out days are over. I had a lot of fun with this game in the past, but now playing it is a waste of time.
