Unable to order
Ordering process for both my friend and I stalled at entering telephone number. Field did not populate for either of us and held up ordering (two different accounts and iPhones).
Functional but ordering Ahead Broken
The checkout process for ordering ahead is broken, which is the main functionality most people use the app for. Clicking on the fields to fill in info such as contact or billing doesn’t work. When clicking on the fields the keyboard is brought up but typing doesn’t fill anything in. You can actually see it’s broken because normally clicking a field will highlight it in red along with bringing up the keyboard. Instead, it’ll focus on the field and bring up the keyboard without highlighting the field to show it’s active.
Great signup process then it falls apart!
The sign up process was easy but the app is terrible. It's too busy and needlessly complicated. They force you to buy credits. Why!??? I just want to order ahead and pay the exact amount. Not buy credits then stress that I have unused money in my account and be forced to come back to them. Tried to order and it won't let me schedule. Only option is Pickup in 15 min!!! Again, the interface needs A LOT of help. Just a mess of an app from a user experience standpoint. Disappointing.
