Keeps "locking up" on iPad, SLOW SLOW SLOW
Really enjoy reading the Tennessean, but this is compromised by the apps inability to consistently run smoothly: takes forever to load, displays “no internet connection detected” (when my internet tests fine), on iPad can’t zoom in & out smoothly- freezes.
And is SLOW,SLOW,SLOW. guess i’ll need to cancel subscription to get their attention. Also, irritating is the app continually asking me to verify identity/log-in.
Why does it always need to reload?
Download the full paper for offline reading yet always has to reload if you switch back and forth to another app. Sometimes when it reloads it goes back to first page of section you were reading, sometimes back to the front page.
If there were another app to read paper I'd drop this app immediately.
App has gone bad
I’ve been using the Print Edition app successfully for years. In the past week, it has quit working. I keep getting “no internet connection” messages, and when it finally does load, it loads the paper from a few days ago and won’t bring in any new content. Terrible app as of late.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
