Ratings and Reviews
This App rocks!
When I’m out in the woods, I find a lot of ticks. Finally there’s an app that helps others and helps me identify the ticks I find.
App is buggy
Keeps giving me a blank screen with one button that says “complete” but pressing the button does nothing.
Cannot Make It Work
I downloaded this app after reading about it & seeming news stories of increased tick-related problems in my area. Was surprised to see I had to create an account to use it but finally decided it was for a good cause. Several times I tried to create an account, but each time it just churned for a couple of minutes before the “creating your account” message just went away, leaving me looking at the “Create Your Account”’screen. After a force quit & 5th attempt to create an account, I decided to just try to log in — maybe I’d just missed a “ready to go” message somewhere. The result was that it would not let me type anything at all for username or password - my keyboard was visible but did not function. I turned off my phone, counted to 10, and tried again. This time it let me type (after tapping repeatedly at the first character in each field) but it followed up with close to 2 minutes of the app churning while telling me it was logging me in, only to have the message go away and leave me staring at the login page with no further feedback. After 2 more such attempts, I am deleting the useless thing.
