Excellent app 💪😎
I’ve been using this app for a few months and I’m really happy- It’s simple to use and create customized programs for my clients, track their progress ect. There have been a couple of bugs with upgrades but the developer provides great customer support and the bugs were all quickly fixed. I have recommended this app to several coworkers and they are also happy with the app and service.
Multiple Errors With Being Forced To Pay Twice
Same exact problem...do not recommend
8 weeks ago I was hit with a surprise stating that I had to purchase the Training Notebook again, even though I had been a long time customer who purchased the app 6+ years ago.
And just several days ago, the same problem occurred again. Instead of going straight to social media to voice my frustrations, I tried going through their customer service first. After all, it wasn’t even 24 hours after posting when the first problem occurred in January that I received a personal e-mail from Hector apologizing and fixing the issue.
Fast forward to the last several days.....now, after emailing 3 times and going back and forth with someone from their support team, I haven’t gotten anyone to even address this issue of being forced to pay again and no help towards a solution.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating to someone who’s been in the industry for so many years. How many times are clients going to get locked out because of a technical error forcing long term loyal customers to spend more money that they shouldn’t?
This was not the agreement when I purchased this app years ago, and would like back what I have already paid for.
Use to be good before update
I use to really like this app. It was easy to use, and I could email them and have them modify the waiver to include things like a cancelation policy and photo release. This new version is terrible all the way around. They removed the things I had added to the waiver, and you can’t modify it all now to fit your business. And it HAS TO BE ONLINE! My iPad doesn’t have cellular, and this doesn’t even store new clients locally on your device unless you connect to the internet. If you don’t have WiFi, you can’t access any workouts or clients information. And if you put in a new exercise, there is no way to update it if you want to change the number of reps, sets, or anything! I’m very disappointed with the way the app has turned out.
