This is so much more than an app for me. This is my lifestyle. Joining this community has changed my life and I don’t intend to ever stop. I’ve tried so many apps, and have been on so many programs. This is it for me. The app itself is beautiful, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the community is the best there is. How many apps do you know give you a Monday motivational speech every Monday??? Love Coach Kirsten, she’s the absolute BEST.
Hands Down BEST Fitness App
This app is a one stop shop not to mention the engagement with thousands of others like minded females. You literally have everything you need to start it continue your fitness journey. The app has workouts, challenges, nutrition (tracking, sample meal plans & macro calculator), progress photo and measurement section plus access to LIVE zoom classes AND mindset trainings. Highly reccomend this app !
Winning Mind Body and Soul
Love love love this app! I can track macros, workout, track habits, reminders daily for water if I need them, and have the community of women support all in one place. This is an amazing app and also a fantastic program. It’s been life changing for me. Going from couch potato to a healthy existence mentally and physically. I’m still a work in progress but this journey has been amazing.
