This game is really amazing, I seriously believe that no other city-builder makes it easier to build high detail cities without having to navigate glitches and third party apps and software. The only problem with this is that, at higher levels of detail, the game often runs so incredibly poorly it is unplayable, and often crashes. Granted, the average player will not encounter such problems, as I have likely around 700 plugins (yeah I know), but it can still be annoying. With recent updates, however, things have gotten much better (I doubt my game would have run if I was using the version from when I first started playing). The quality of the game must also be complemented. It’s tools make it incredibly easy to build a high detail city, from decals to uber mode, which makes it possible to use theotown as an art-form. Its built in plugin and screenshot system also makes it possible to share your creations and expand beyond the base games limitations. I most definitely recommend this game, don’t pay for any city builder on mobile, this is literally all you need, there is something for everybody here, if you take the time to look.
(P.S, I have hundreds of plugins and over 2300 gems, and have never spent money in this game, I guarantee this is perfectly free to play)

The game is great! I play it everyday! It’s really realistic and there is no glitches. I like the sandbox feature is where you have unlimited money because I can get creative there. The idea of the game is to build the biggest and best city. There are zero pop-up ads which is cool. Now some things to improve: 1. In the shop I can buy a pass which removes disaster scenarios (sickness, fires, tornadoes etc..) for 100 gems. Which is not as expensive, however when you buy the pass it only works in one city. Which I think is stupid. I would maybe make it 500 gems but you can use it in ever city you make. Plus, you can disable the pass if you don’t want to use it. 2. Once I made a awesome city in the perfect area but I accidentally clicked small land. So it had limited space. I think you could change the size of the land or at least manually add land during the game. 3. Sometimes when I build a resident building people don’t move in. I don’t why though, I wish it would be written somewhere so you know why people aren’t moving there. That’s all! I totally recommend the game!
