Description
Track personal temperature readings over time for you and your immediate family right on your smart device.
Get Average Readings
Track your family’s temperatures over time to get an average range for each individual. See the trends on an easy-to-read graph with the temperature reading, date, and time that each temperature was recorded.
Customizable High Temperature Alert
Use each individual’s average temperature to help determine their personalized high temperature alert. Receive a visual indicator when the temperature reaches the high limit.
Notes
Use the Notes section to record any medications given, including the dosage, so you won’t forget! It will also help you to remember any important details, like symptoms, when to give the next dosage, and any information from your healthcare professional.
ThermoWorks Health app allows you to pair with WAND Blue to record non-contact forehead temperatures with the press of a button. However, you can use the non-Bluetooth version of WAND to record your temperatures manually and still get the benefits of long-term tracking.

Ratings and Reviews
Usually works but it’s somewhat frustrating
I like the simplicity but the screen where you input the temperature is frustrating. You need to slide your finger left and right along a beautiful slider to “dial in” the temperature. Trying to get the exact temperature is finicky. And when I remove my finger from the screen the temperature value changes. Don’t try and use this app if you have shaky hands or less than amazing precision motor control. (An option to use a number pad to enter a temperature would be super helpful).
Beyond that, sometimes the app is unresponsive. Especially when trying to save a temperature.
I like that you don’t need to log in to anything. Especially with medical data, I appreciate privacy.
I also like the graphs that show you historic temperature data.
Simple to use.
The Wand Blue contactless thermometer works very well. The ThermoWorks health app is easy to set up and use. It records the temperature as soon as you take it, as long as it is connected to the thermometer by Bluetooth. I wish that it would send the data to the Apple Health app however. I hope that’s some thing that will come in a future version. If it does, then I would give it five stars.
A lot of potential
I love the idea of this app but it could use some polishing.
1. I’d like to be able to select manual input somewhere in the app so it defaults to that rather than “searching for nearby devices” all the time.
2. Instead of the slider, or maybe in addition to, it would be nice to type in the temperature for a manual input.
3. I’d like to be able to change the time of a manual entry. In theory I’d always put it in immediately but in reality life gets in the way sometimes, especially with a feverish kid around.
