The app looks interesting but when I try to download it on my phone it did not work with my TV the only thing that it would do was turn off my TV and nothing else when I tried turning on the TV it wouldn't work I had to use the remote
Terminate
How do I terminate this it said it was free and it charged my card I didn’t even have a new tv I have a new LG washer and dryer

Cancel my free trial. I loaded the wrong app thank you
