1. Regular servicing
For the ease of today’s working class segment of public, bike servicing as well as repair and maintenance, now, has been made simpler and hassle free by online bike service app “ThirdWheel”. The servicing rate which we had offered isn’t that expensive from that of the market rate and pricing is transparent as well.
Basically two types of servicing are offered by “ThirdWheel” based on type of service requests by customers. The services covered in regular servicing are:
• Test drive the bike or scooter , if required for reported troubles
• Wash and clean the bike or scooter
• Inspect choke operation
• Inspect and clean spark plug and adjust gap, if necessary
• Replace engine oil and clean oil strainer screen
• Inspect secondary air supply system and clean secondary air filter
• Inspect brake shoes/pads wear
• Check battery voltage
• Inspect head light focusing, adjust if required
• Check wheels movement and correct tire pressure
• Inspect steering for smooth movement
2. Emergency servicing
ThirdWheel besides regular servicing also offers emergency servicing in case of emergency break down, unable to start your two -wheeler, run out of petrol in mid way, tire punctures, chain problem, break fail, engine problems, spare keys etc. All you need to do is to install ThirdWheel, request you emergency service and after your request rest would be handled by ThirdWheel team and you’ll get assistance within few minutes.
3. Bluebook renew
It is so easy and simple renew your blue book through ThirdWheel app. You just need to install our ThirdWheel app from store, register yourself in our app along with your bikes information, click on request servicing and select your services of Blue Book renew and then select your address and book service. Our customer service representative would contact you and explain you about the cost of service. We then pick up your Blue Book from your home or office gets it renewed and delivers back to your home or office along with bill receipt. So, Choose Third Wheel and Make your Blue Book renew easy and stress-free.
Before cost and ease always choose safety and go tubeless. Tubeless service is too available at ThirdWheel mobile application. Once you install the “ThirdWheel” app on your mobile phone, sign up and request for “tubeless service”, you can get pre-information about the rates of tubeless.
5. Bike accessories
ThirdWheel is trying to make ease for its customers by making all necessary accessories like helmets, gloves, glasses, masks etc. available at one single spot i.e. at our ‘ThirdWheel” app due to which they won’t have to visit one shop for helmet and another one for mask or so on. We want our customers to be familiar with product and its price so for that we would provide original picture of product with its price in our mobile app. Plenty of product choices is available in our app.
6. Number Plate service
As there is growing demand of our customers about number plate service, ThirdWheel came up with its new additional service of number plates. It is hoped that this service would be helpful for customers.

Best service in Town
Highly recommend this service because as everyone is doing 10 to 5 job in KTM, they have less time to take their bike to shop, leave it and wait for it is fixed. No guarantee if shop will use original parts. But here in third wheel we are getting bill for everything they worked.

Worst Customer Service
This is a review of the service rather than the app itself. I booked third wheel for a bike blue book renew. The customer service agent plans to take my blue book on holiday and return it on next two days without prior confirmation with me. Sorry this ain’t working. Be responsible with what you are doing and inform the customers beforehand. And listen to your customers before cutting off the phone and most importantly value everyone’s time. Very unprofessional service experience in Nepal.
