Employee & App Disconnect
The app seems works well, but the employees and app aren’t working well together. I sent my husband to pick up our order 20 minutes after the order was placed. Once there, the employees after whispering to each other inform him they ran out of what was ordered!! First, once an order is received it should be checked on to see if it can be fulfilled. If it needs to be cancelled, that should happen right away and the customer should be notified by email, text, or even through the app. Second, the employees should be trained on how to handle the refunds as they seemed unsure on how to handle that appropriately. Time and gasoline wasted. 😣
Don’t use
There’s no point. Put in a pickup order, came at the scheduled time and were then told they don’t do pick up orders and that we have to wait in the drive thru for pick up. Redundant?When we asked if we could cancel we were met with a shrug. If you like waiting in drive-thrus for 45 minutes, this order-ahead curbside pickup app is for you.
The app and website broken
The app shows a blank screen when wanting to place an order where it should be asking for locations.
The website has broken links when selecting a location.
