مريتين افصل عندهم والثوب يجلس شهر الين يوصلك وصلتني الثياب للمرة الثانية جيبها الداخلي مخروم ويوم طلبت منهم تخفيظ قالو نصلحه بس يبيلك تنتظر شهر زيادة او نعطيك ٥٠ ريال رصيد سيئين جدا ماعاد بتعامل معاهم
"I'm sharing my experience with this app, and unfortunately, I can't recommend it to everyone. It took a minimum of three weeks to prepare my Thobe, and this is the second time they've made significant mistakes. For instance, there was a substantial hole inside my pocket. When I asked for a discount on my next order, they offered just 50 SAR, leaving me waiting another month to receive my dress. Their lack of attention to detail and customer service, especially given that I've used the app twice, is disappointing."
