A great tool to focus on the positive and redirect the negative in your life
The first day I used this app my father was in the hospital. I was consumed with the weight of the situation and the feelings of dread I had for his future. I sat down and forced myself to complete the list of 10 things that I felt grateful for. That day it was difficult but looking back at the list now it allowed me to stop and be in the moment and take an accounting of what was important to me at that moment. I like that I can track what is going on in my life and look back on certain days to see why I was up or down on a particular day. I choose to be happy!
