I only rated you a one star so that this message gets through to the developers. I have been playing the game since the game first came out. I am very pleased with the graphic design and the artwork of the game. It’s like nothing I have ever seen in other strategic war castle games. I give you guys a 5 star on that. ALTHOUGH. You guys are SERIOUSLY LACKING ON the ANIMATION PART of the game. You guys have an infirmary. Make the infirmary come to life. Have soldiers walking or being carriaged off to the infirmary. The Inn show some towns people and soldiers outside drinking beer. Have a farmer riding around the castle grounds carrying resources and dropping them off. Have towns people walking around in the castle. Make the towns people say random bubble talk clouds. Show the towns people walking to the market building and interacting trading/ selling/ buying goods. The barracks. Building is too small. Why is the barracks filled with all troop types. I’ve seen in other castle war games where each troop type has its own building. It would be fantastic to see the castle ground expanded and animated active coming to life. The set up is just too dull! Too plain! Have the boat that just sits there actually sail off and let it return with treasure! Get ride of that plain treasure box that a player can open every 15 minutes. Make that treasure part of the boat. Have a fisherman fishing catching fish with a net. That bear that walks around by the creek or river crest some hunters that actively run and spear the bear to show a source of how everyone eats. Have the farm building actively having someone harvest a field of grain. You guys get the idea. Make this game that much more better. Don’t lose your audience and players. You guys spend so much time on creating events creating packages and designs. New levels new castle skins and townscapes, but let’s slow down a bit and take a look at the actual game play!!?? Make the game come to life !!! You guys have graphic designers who already did and does amazing work but let’s have them focus on animation bringing the game to life. You will gain more players, more followers, keep players enticed.

Ok, I have been playing this game for a couple months now, and overall am pleased with it.. But.... There are certainly some things that are quite frustrating... First off, anyone who is planning on playing this game without paying any money will soon find out that it won't be enjoyable at all. This game is designed to be a pay per play game. The developers say that you can advance without paying, and while this true, no body in their right mind will. So, I don't mind paying a little, but here is the frustrating part... After you buy a couple packs, the cheap prices disappear and only expensive packs are available. Customer service is No help whatsoever. Another frustrating thing is that you can't gift gold to other members. Like I said...Plarium designed this game as a pay per play game. They want everyone to purchase the gold for money, or win it in the never ending world wars.So I am giving this game 3 stars. It is a great game that is a lot of fun. But the greed of the developers is a little overwhelming. No matter how many times they tell you that it's a game of strategy, and you can choose to play for free... Nobody is going to do this and enjoy playing at all, and Plarium knows this. So unless you are willing to drop $500-$1000 on this game just to be competitive, it's probably not the game for you.

I love the game, but enough with having KVK already every other week. You are RUINING the game. I can understand if you have KVK every one or two months but doing it constantly is a bit much. You don't have time to recover between KVK's. Personally, I don't see any difference in going to the other kingdom when you do the exact samething in your own kingdom. Plus, if you made it to where whatever Kingdom won then they should have be rewarded by taking over the Eternal Stronghold and keep it until the next KVK. Right now, the order who has the ES in our Kingdom is abusing it and is bullying all the other orders and as I recall there is nothing in the rules about bullying and closing the forest to only the ES and telling us what lvl tiles we can hit and what not to hit. Please make the rules more specific on that. Because there have been so many KVK's since it started I am not interested any it anymore and you are losing people.

The game starts out well it's somewhat engaging just upgrading buildings but after a day you realize things start to ramp up really really quick. Upgrades start to take hours then days which is standard but then they start to take a week and you think oh I'm near maxing things out but no You just see the week counter increase and increase. At palace level 25 the upgrade to level 26 takes over 260 weeks a year is 56 weeks you cannot progress in this game without buying boosts and the game makes this very very clear by offering a lot of items and gold for cheap right off the bat but as you are forced to use it to progress at all they show you packs that cost double if not triple the starting packs for 1/10th the value it's extremely annoying and I will not spend $20 for 3million gold after getting 20million gold for $5 I'm not that stupid. I will play to help friends but I will not play to win because the only way to do that is to pay!!!

Game is fun. I do spend some money on the game, but there has got to be a better way to heal / revive troops. I spend weeks making troops but one mistake and a big player can wipe out everything. You can only heal a small % of what is killed. If I have a million troops killed when defending my castle, I can only heal 180 thousand. The rest I have to pay to revive. Totally unfair. I don't mind taking time to build all my buildings and doing studies, but the troop heal /revive has got to change....in response to the developers. I know I can pay to revive. That's the money grabbing. You need to increase the amount that can be healed. I have almost all my housing in hospitals and still can only heal 200k troops. Please allow more to go to the healing section even if they can't be healed all at once. Say 50% or max amount my hospital can heal. Whichever is bigger. So is anil troops are killed 500k go to healing section. They can be healed 200k at a time. Thanks

I love this game, but have a couple of serious issues. One is the frequency with which I receive a “server connection failed” message in the middle of play. This occurs often, and most times my internet connection is not the problem... which means it’s on Plarium’s end.Another, probably related, issue is that when a new version is introduced, you cannot play until you update to the latest version! Today, I have been trying to update for 7 hours, and each time the Apple app store says there’s a new version, but won’t update me! This is extremely frustrating in a real-time multi-player war game like this, as I may be getting slaughtered while I’m being refused entry!Aside from these two major issues, I love the game, and especially many of the recent improvements. If Plarium upgrades their servers, I will be thrilled!
