Ty Sevin, track and field coach for the U.S. National Team, refined this comprehensive set of exercise modules over the years while working with Olympic athletes. Sevin was himself a four-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier in the javelin, as well as a former decathlete and football player. The modules are designed to provide a solid foundation for any athlete involved in a sport that incorporates rotation (golf, tennis, hitting, rowing, hammer throw, etc.) as well as throwing sports (pitching, quarterback, shot, discus, javelin, cricket). The exercises circuits are divided into groups that help you structure your training to improve mobility, activate the shoulder, or build strength. Circuits are color coded to indicate use before or after the main part of your workout. Using this app, review videos of the exercises in groups or click on each exercise to view it full screen.

I had the opportunity to throw for Ty Sevin and other great coaches that have used these exercises to produce many collegiate and national champions. This app is great for coaches and athletes of all levels. I spent hours searching the internet for stretches, warmups, technique instruction and found all I needed in this app. The video is Clear and easy to follow. I recommend this app the high level throwers or entry level. Keep them coming
