Customer service is horrible. FIX THIS!

We called to address a mistake and got hung up on twice by the same representative and were also denied the access to speak to the manager. When we finally could get ahold of the manager and talked about the situation, we were hung up on again. Horrible. You need to fix this. I don’t recommend this app what so ever.

Your guys service fees are ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. There is no way I will use your guises service with the fees you strap on. I will buy my tickets secondhand from someone else before I buy them from this site. Ridiculous.

Had to use a different app and spend 200 more dollars

This app is a scam, I spent over an hour trying to find my tickets and they wouldn’t show on either the app or the email
