Vibe is the new app for keeping track of your smart tickets and your unique experiences. It gives you easy and convenient access to any event, as well as room to be yourself. The application allows you to save and rate events, write reviews and get updates from artists or organizers.
Vibe uses dynamic QR code technology that provides protection against any fraudulent activity — each ticket has its own unique identifier generated with a special encryption algorithm, making forgery impossible. No more duplicates or scams, no more hassle or worries.
No more searching for buyers or meeting strangers at the entrance who claim to have a ‘spare ticket’. Can't make it to an event? Gift or sell tickets directly in the app: set your price, and the money will be added to your balance immediately after the transaction.
Save your favorite moments of each event, share them with other users of the app and get to know like-minded people. Vibe brings together everyone with a smart ticket to each event, creating a new community — the chat makes it easy to find some company for a great evening at an interesting event. Attend even more and the app will select new options that will interest you. Tickets can then be purchased right here in the app.

Greetings! You are also blackmailed to print out tickets that are not in this app but there are no problems with this. We are just setting things together and putting security on the first place with QR codes

Учтите, что любая перепродажа, возврат билетов или вывод средств — конские комиссии до 10% на каждое действие. Разрабам респект за то, что нашли буквальный источник денег на пустом месте. Но это не круто, поэтому одна звезда.
А еще подлагивает, когда общаешься с саппортом

Привет. Ну, это не совсем правда. Давайте пройдёмся по точным цифрам:
1. Вернуть можно 100% стоимости билетов, пока до мероприятия более 10 дней. Дальше сумма возврата будет меньше, но это вообще по всей России так, где бы ни покупали билеты. Такие правила установлены ФЗ-193, можно почитать подробнее или у нас в чате отдела заботы спросить)
2. Комиссия за вывод 1.6%, минимум 30 рублей. Без подобных комиссий никак, любой банк-эквайер берёт деньги за перевод, это нормально.
3. Комиссию за перепродажу платит только покупатель. И вот тут действительно 10%. Эту сумму уже берём мы за предоставление сервиса, ведь мы выступаем как гаранты сделки.
