Tide Cleaners | Dry Cleaning 4+

The tide cleaners program is great - if only the app would work. It just keeps spinning and spinning on the Home Screen. I tried to login in my phone and the same thing happened. He’s going old school and having to make a phone call to schedule laundry pickup. So much for the new technology.

UPDATE:
I sent an email to P&G IT support about the problem and they responded right away even though it was a Sunday. Not only did they fix the issues with the App but they went out of their way to find my son’s laundry. They reached out to him to make sure he had his clean clothes! They are ROCK STARS for helping us as the local number didn’t respond. This TIDE program is great for my college son and the app keeps improving! Many thanks to Mike and his team at P&G!!!

I visited the other day for drop off which was made seamless and I did not catch her name that day but she was great. Today I made sure to get a name and had a fantastic experience with Lindsay. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure to address all of my questions and I never had to leave my car. The service was quick, and the quality of the cleaning was exceptional. I was highly impressed with the overall Lindsay’s customer service and professionalism. I had a positive experience and will definitely be returning in the future. I have been a customer for about 9 months. I moved from an area where I had been a customer of a family owned operation for 52 years! I always considered them to be the best cleaners in the country!
After Tides cleaners removed a spot on a St. John’s knit, without me pointing it out, as the my old cleaner had advised it couldn’t be removed. I kept hoping one day a miracle would happen and it did! I put in with my cleaning and forgot to mention the spot but when it was returned I look for and it had been removed from the garment! I was so thrilled that I kept the item and I found a dry cleaner who could preform miracles!
