Tide Cleaners Mobile provides instant access to your personal Tide Cleaners account and customer information, giving you the ability to track your orders as they are processed, view your cleaning history and receipts, and much more. Schedule a free delivery pickup or simply let the store know that you will be in to grab your items—all with the push of a button. Tide Cleaners Mobile will even notify you when your order is ready for pickup, as well as pass along any special information or promotion.
Features listed below are subject to the specific operating polices of the location:
1) Track your orders in process and view past order history, and receipts.
2) Request a free pickup from your home.
3) View your customer account information, including your contact information, payment methods, cleaning preferences, etc.
4) Quickly contact Tide Cleaners by phone or email and access their website all directly from your device.
5) Receive automatic notifications when your orders are ready for pickup notifications, complete with order count and descriptions.

Coupons on the App!
I love this easy-to-use app. I’m not very tech savvy myself, so having the app walk me through a short tutorial during my first use was very helpful. During the tutorial it showed me where to locate my coupons that I can use in the app! I’m very busy and dry cleaning is something I need to be easy and fast. This app will most definitely take some of the stress and time off of my hands for sure! 100% recommend!
Great for Delivery Sign Up
This was super easy to sign up, find my store and then was able to sign up for delivery.
Some bugs in current version
Since there doesn’t seem to be a way to get app support, I’ll leave my issue in a review. In the current version of the app, you cannot store a new credit card number. The app complains about a missing Terminal ID, which is something someone updating CC info doesn’t have.
Since I removed a new card and am unable to add a new one, this has stopped my ability to do the after hours pickup until I can go into the store and have them update my records. Wastes a bunch of time.
