Crashes

The app was working fine for me all season till last week. Now when I try to open the app it just goes to a white screen and then crashes. I’m not even sure if I got my points from the Arkansas game... I’d like to know if I need to appeal for the points and just have the app work again

Never Works

I always have to send in appeals to get any points, and sometimes I forget to take pictures so I can’t even do that. I have been to every single home game and stayed for 4 every time, but I have been cheated out of over 1,000 points because of the terrible quality of this app. We really should just have act card readers to swipe on the way out of the games. It’s not like this school can’t afford to buy more act card readers to have on the way out of the games. We definitely have the money to do that and if you’re trying to reward students based on their attendance to games you need to have a fair and accurate way of doing so.

App crashes and didn’t get points

About two weeks ago my app randomly started crashing and I didn’t get the points for the games I attended.
