Tides and Currents provide 1343 harmonic tide stations,2199 subordinate tide stations and 849 harmonic current stations, 1707 subordinate current stations of USA. This app predicts tides and currents by using harmonic analysis calculations with Harmonic Constituents which can be get from NOAA website. So the APP can provide tide and current data without network。 Since calculations are performed locally on the device, tide and current data can be viewed for any date. In addition, the APP also provides sunrise,sunset, moonrise , moonset, dusk,dawn, moon phase of every day. In addition, the app provide tide map forecast. Disclaimer: The App loads astronomical tide level and tidal current data, which does not include changes in water levels and residual currents caused by meteorological or other factors. Under special circumstances, the impact of hurricanes, cold waves, floods and other factors should also be considered. Can’t delete station from favorites

Not sure why some stations(harmonic) you can select datum and some stations(subordinate) you can’t and are locked on Mean Sea level. You can’t delete a station once added as a favorite without unloading the app and the reload. Would be nice to be able to delete stations from favorites.

Taking on a dot works to give you the name of the station, but it cannot be selected. The Developer has replied that this works. No doubt it is how it should work But it is more broken and a station cannot e selected, regardless of what the developer says!!!So, the developer says, “check the station is a tide station or current station”. Did that!! Tried several. Stations. Doesn’t work!! My advice to the developer, after several complaints saying exactly this, sign on to a downloaded copy of your app, to duplicate the actual user experience and see what really happens, instead of using your in-house copy, which may well work correctly. But surely, where there is smoke there is fire - when several people all complain about exactly the same issue, perhaps it deserves a more detailed examination than it is being given.

You can tap a dot in the map then add to favorites or select this station in the view which is below the map. In addition, you can switch the selected station in the favorites list.

I am able to find locations and save them to favorites for the tide tab, but when I select the current tab the app defaults to Estes Head?

The tide location is just a tide location. The current location is another location.Independently for each other.
