If you are Vietnamese, it will be good. But If you aren’t, it will be bad. I think this is just made for Vietnamese.

Bought a phone here and it turned out to be defective in term of appearance even though the phone was sealed inside its original box. Called customer service to request an exchange right away after receiving it. They ordered delivery from third party to take the phone back the next day. However, the delivery guy reported that I changed the pickup date even though no phone call from him was made?!!! It's a total lie right there. Called their customer support and they said they will try to rush the pickup. I decided to give them another chance and waited the next day. No phone call was even made, the same thing from morning til night. I don't know if this is even a scam from them saying they will allow exchange if the item is defective or their service is worst than terrible. I found myself losing trust toward this company as they keep telling me to wait but don't give any timeframe for this issue?

Bought a few items (tiki now) on here. 4 days in and still nothing. Submitted an inquiry to customer service on the app, no replies. Could not figure out a way to contact a rep from the app, i had to find their number from google. Called in, talked with the rep. She said one order was canceled, refund will take a week, while the others weren’t tiki now. I looked again on the app and found they were tiki now indeed. I’ve lost patience with them. Will never buy anything on here again.
