Getting worst day by day!!

I’ve been trying to save for the past few days now and it won’t even go but monthly I never stop paying for my subscription needs to be fixed and the site to download without watermark is definitely not working also!!!

Literally stole my money

How can you legally get away with this? The app doesn’t even work. It crashes every time I try to save the video, and when I reinstall the app it asked me to pay again. This is a piece of garbage literally including the UX! I want my money back.

We are sorry for the problem you are experiencing. If you have subscribed, the payment screen you mentioned should not appear for you and you should be able to access all features without any errors.
