Best social media app I’ve used

I’ve been using and creating content in TikTok for over a year now, and while they definitely have their faults and limitations, they are constantly working to improve their platform and protect their users from scammers and bots. I’ve been creating content for over a year and while there have been some issues from time to time, TikTok isn’t constantly pushing me to give away all my private information and access to my messages like Meta (Facebook and instagram) does. It has much more limited access to things on my phone and doesn’t require you to put in any payment info unless you want to support another creator or business! There are tons of amazing small businesses on TikTok and they have a lot of protections in place for the customers so if you don’t receive your package or it’s damaged, it’s simple enough to get a refund. If you don’t like meta apps, you might actually enjoy this app though it requires you to train the algorithm so you get what you actually want not just what the app wants to push to you. I recommend if you have an issue to take a break, look through their account help section, and then reach out to their support if you can’t figure it out on your own.

Many Issues with the App

I started using this TikTok ever since 2020 but I noticed so many issues. First, the story features. It does work on my account but other people I know have this. Second, the review system of the app is a disaster. Every time I upload a video, it keeps getting it flagged and it takes a while to get a response. One of my video took more than 2 months. Third, I can no longer submit an appeal it just says “Appeal deadline expired”, which doesn’t make any sense because they just recently flagged it. Fourth, I no longer receive any system notification if my video got flagged or not. Fifth, they took my my more data analysis on each video. The only way for me to look at it is by going to TikTok Studio but it can only check past 30 days videos. This actually don’t help because some of my videos gets flagged after months posting them. 6th is the worst one they have on this app and it actually needs to be taken care of, it is the help and support system. All of these issues I provided were never solved and it’s always the same response. To be honest I don’t even know if they human beings who are responding to my tickets because they all sound repetitive and they never help at all. They should just take it out because it doesn’t help you with issues. Also, they never try to understand the situation and it just gives you a random answer. TikTok you need to do better with your app and I’m very disappointed it gotten worse now.

I enjoy this app a lot and all the thing that you have added is wonderful! The only problem is when you report someone, it doesn’t do much. I think that you should be able to report someone and they would not be able to go on with doing the same thing they did, though thankfully- more than one person has to report the user, but indeed I have an idea you could add! The person should be active on their account at least 3 days so the same person does not report them with different accounts they are making. I suggest this app for many people that should be at least 10, basically double digits due to multiple swears that are allowed on this app. Maybe more edit options like, example; Camera swinging from on direction to the original video. This app is definitely absolutely perfect for people who enjoy making videos for others to see and enjoy! Though maybe make accounts get to the for you page more since its uncommon people search up a hashtag and find your video. Though I absolutely can’t stand this app, it’s amazing! And for another suggestion you should definitely add, make notifications for people messaging you and not allow spam if that is already added to the app, I suggest this app for you if you are looking forward to getting it!
