Great Customer Service
We enrolled with Till, because my daughter was going on an EF Tour, and the recommended it. My daughter was to the age (13) that she could benefit from having her “own” card, but I was still able to manage. It takes a few days for the money to come from my bank account, to my parent wallet, but once it’s in the parent wallet, the funds can be transferred immediately to the card. We noticed an unfamiliar charge, and immediately contacted customer service, and the service we received was amazing. They not only credited back the charge (it was from a place we’d never heard of), but marked her card as stolen, and had a new one shipped to us immediately. The card and the customer service have been extremely pleasant to work with, and we’ve not occurred any other problems! I strongly recommend!
Finally received bank card
Edit: The company ended up responding that they had a personal emergency and were unable to respond to customer service requests for a few days. They did indeed end up mailing a bank card via FedEx Express and it worked great for my daughter on her trip. I changed my star review from one to four as it would be helpful for them to have a backup person to answer customer emails.
I tried twice to receive a bank card for my daughters trip as this company was recommended by EF Tours. Eventually their customer service just started ignoring me once I expressed that her trip was sooner than the 15 business days they ended up asking me to wait to receive the card (original time estimate was 7-10 days). Let’s also mention that for the second attempt, I expressed it was urgent and they didn’t send the card out for a WEEK after they lied and told me it was sent next day. For the third attempt, all I wanted was the card overnighted with signature delivery so I had a way to send my daughter money when she was on her trip. I’ve emailed multiple times and have gotten zero response. This company doesn’t seem to care about their customers and they take 48+ hours to respond to emails before they just flat out start ignoring you. Would never recommend them to anyone.
NOT KIDS FRIENDLY
As a parent I sign up Saturday, August 28th for the family account and send an invite where my child can join me. My child is only 13 years old and when we tried to create her account we run into issues shortly after opting to not login via fingerprint.
It said We are now stuck on a screen that said some of information doesn’t match their records. What record is that? Then they said they might ask my 13 year old for drivers license, tax return, utility bill, lease agreement or paystub. This is not kids friendly.
It should be easy to join in matter of minutes and what kind of app is this asking kids for these proof of identity that should only be asked of an adult. We had been trying to have this resolve for almost a week now with no solution and it takes forever to receive an email response and there’s no phone number to contact anyone.
This problem should be and easy fix and they can’t do it. It’s scary to be banking with an insinuation that doesn’t have a number and no way to get a hold of them. Is this a scam? Now they have all of personal info and my child doesn’t have an account. Please stay away there’s better Bank out there for children that is kids friendly. You have been warned!
