Great service

My 13yo son fell for a text scam where he gave out his Till debit number. Soon after we saw 3 fraudulent charges. We reported his card stolen and contacted Till. They are very prompt in responding, asked for the fraudulent transactions, and ultimately refunded the funds into the Till account, and he learned a very important lesson! Really great service!! I realize they did not have to refund the funds since it really was our fault…but they did and I was impressed with their response time. Sometimes online “faceless” companies seem to not care, but Till did!

NOT KIDS FRIENDLY

As a parent I sign up Saturday, August 28th for the family account and send an invite where my child can join me. My child is only 13 years old and when we tried to create her account we run into issues shortly after opting to not login via fingerprint.
It said We are now stuck on a screen that said some of information doesn’t match their records. What record is that? Then they said they might ask my 13 year old for drivers license, tax return, utility bill, lease agreement or paystub. This is not kids friendly.
It should be easy to join in matter of minutes and what kind of app is this asking kids for these proof of identity that should only be asked of an adult. We had been trying to have this resolve for almost a week now with no solution and it takes forever to receive an email response and there’s no phone number to contact anyone.
This problem should be and easy fix and they can’t do it. It’s scary to be banking with an insinuation that doesn’t have a number and no way to get a hold of them. Is this a scam? Now they have all of personal info and my child doesn’t have an account. Please stay away there’s better Bank out there for children that is kids friendly. You have been warned!

3-5 business days to ACH?!?

This app is playing the float. To the detriment of its users. In 2023 there is NO reason any ACH transfer should take more than ONE business day, if that. Absolutely ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of giving money to a child “when they need it.” I had to get this app for my kid who is on a school trip, and have been surprised and frankly annoyed at how they have structured this card. Till expects all parents to take a significant amount of money out of their own interest-bearing accounts, “3-5 business days” before your teen will need it: I don’t have a crystal ball, and I certainly aren’t going to let you earn the interest on MY money while I wait for my teen to “need it” while on a 12-day trip!
I’ll use my BusyKid account where ACH funds are transferred *immediately* from my checking account to my kids’ cards when they need it. Not 3-5 days later.
