Why not use the macOS Calendar app for more than just scheduling?

You already plan your life with the macOS Calendar app. TimeTable is the easy way to get that information out of your calendars so you can use it with other applications.

TimeTable makes it simple to track and bill for your time without keeping a second record outside of your calendars. You can find trends in your calendars by searching the details of your events and viewing the average, maximum and minimum times you have spent.

TimeTable can export this data to email, text or comma separated values to use the results in other tools like email, invoicing, time tracking or spreadsheet applications.

Events are edited and stored in the macOS Calendar app. TimeTable reads the events directly from the calendars in real time based on the timeframe selected. Since TimeTable only reads Calendar app data, there is nothing to save or backup. This makes it perfect for tracking and billing without keeping a second record outside of the Calendar app.

- Supports macOS 10.10 Yosemite and higher
- Improved user interface
- New Calendar Groups feature
- Improved locking behavior in calendar timeframe selection
- Resizable text and notes export views
- Date selection now behaves like Calendar app

TimeTable 3 is great

This version fixes problems earlier versions had running on newer versions of macOS. TimeTable 3 continues as an even better alternative to plugins as a way to export billable hours data from Calendar on my Mac to my Filemaker Pro invoicing database. Works great.

Great app for time tracking

I’ve been using TimeTable for years, since version 1. For a freelancer with a busy home and personal life, the only way to track everything going on in my life is to use iCal. Since I keep track of everything I work on in my iCal, I hated the idea of having to track my billable hours separately from that. This app works beautifully. With the new version (3), one of my pet peeves was resolved and I can now include only the calendars I select, as opposed to all 17 showing up in the list. Exports are easy and intuitive and make billing a breeze.

Top performer - easy to use.

Nice update to a top performing application. TimeTable 3 is a must have desktop app for anyone who keeps time records on their calendar and needs a controlled tool for exporting to a report. The app is specifically designed for time tracking; however, the app can be used for anything tracked on the calendar — mileage, key dates, etc.

Thanks for bringing the app’s compatibility forward to OS X 10.10+. I used the prior version, TimeTable.
