Description

Use the Calendar app for more than just scheduling!

If you already plan your life with the macOS Calendar app, TimeTable is the easy way to get that information out of your calendars so you can use it with other applications.

TimeTable makes it simple to track and bill for your time without keeping a second record outside of your calendars. You can find trends in your calendars by searching the details of your events and viewing the average, maximum and minimum times you have spent.

TimeTable can export this data to email, text or comma separated values to use the results in other tools like email, invoicing, time tracking or spreadsheet applications.

Events are edited and stored in the macOS Calendar app. TimeTable reads the events directly from the calendars in real time based on the timeframe selected. Since TimeTable only reads Calendar app data, there is nothing to save or backup. This makes it perfect for tracking and billing without keeping a second record outside of the Calendar app.

TimeTable 4 runs on Mac, iPhone and iPad with a single purchase!

This is exactly what I needed! I've never had an app solve my problem so exactly.

This is worth the 10 bucks. I use Ical to quickly spec my time throughout the work week and sync it with outlook. I needed a quick way to calculate the time I am spending in certain calendars. The function of this app is spot on with how I am working. My employer requires me to submit time in SAP so this makes it soooo much easier to do.

I don't have to manually count the hours each week. I can create reports based on the calendar and look at the time summaries.

I do wish multiple events in a day would roll up and sum the total spent per day in a week view. However, as I am writing this review I noticed that the view options (list, grid, text) are great too! Text is my favorite.

Major Step Backward

I loved and used TimeTable3 and was hoping for more features with 4 to allow more events to be use, longer timeframes but basically just keep it working as it was. Sadly this version is a huge step backward. The User Interface is terrible and the display of reports cannot be adjusted. I no longer have the option to easily see what calendars are being used. We lost the min, max and average and details from TimeTable3. Do not bother with this one, stick with TT3 instead.
