Description
Timewarp is a service that allows you to keep automatic record of the time worked and incidents of staff based on the shifts and policies defined by your company.
The service can be connected to the biometric equipment that you have in your company or you can benefit from the online registrations, since they control from where you are marking (very useful functionality for companies that perform field work or perform scheduled tasks after hours ).
TIMEWARP confronts the attendance record against the defined shift of the worker, making an accurate calculation of the time worked, overtime, work time on rest day and work time on a holiday. The service can also support fixed schedules as flexible.
Employees will receive notifications indicating the irregularities of the previous day, such as delays or absences. Which may justify (indicating the reason, drop-down list and adding an observation) so that your supervisor can approve the justification.
You are going to benefit from the dashboards for employees or supervisors with a summary of attendance. And key reports to detect anomalies or be able to connect with payroll applications.
