Decent but important feature missing

The Interface works really well and the pricing is super cheap but you can’t SEARCH for a mechanic that specializes in your Brand, Model and Year of your car.

While I was connecting to a possible mechanic I saw what their Brand experience was and if it wasn’t my brand (2004 Subaru Forester) I would hit the button to hopefully find a mechanic that DID have the Model experience I was looking for. It shouldn’t be that random.

Personal experience

I tried to call sat on the call for 20 minutes waiting. When one did answer they never actually connected to the call and then just hung up. I got charged for a call that wasn’t even worth making cause they didn’t answer.
Edit/update: I wrote an email June 10th, 2024 asking for help as to what happened.
Edit/update: I have personally spoken with the customer support team for the app. Today June 14, 2024. They said that what happened with me was a bug/glitch in the system. They have put out an update to help fix and patch this bug. They also are an incredible team. They even made it right with me. After they reached out they comped me a few calls as an apology for what happened. They are an amazing team and business!!! Hats off to y’all!! Thank you!!!!

Expert Application

**with all due respect, my comment is due to the fact that I was told I was chosen as an expert and even provided a mailing address for the Hat and T-shirt and then MONTHS later I was sent an email stating I was not chosen which is very misleading and confusing. But if I wasn’t chosen due to the skills I stated I have then that’s that. And that’s why I suggest an improvement in communication. ORIGINAL REVIEW>>>>**I want to start off by saying I never tried the app itself as a DIYer I am speaking regarding my application to be an expert!!**
So my review is based on my experience on applying to be an expert, I applied initially in 2024 October and have just been notified today that I was not selected based on their decision, this was after months of emails asking them for a status update. I hope that they are able to work on improving on communication with applicants. Hope I can use the app for my benefit one day
