Great App for Personalized color picks!
I love how this app recommends colors based on skin tone - it makes shopping for clothes so much easier. Super useful if you want to enhance your style without second guessing your color choices.
Doesn’t Work
I have downloaded this today and I paid for the year upfront and I can’t get past the first step I have opened and closed and you started the app but every time it just gets stuck in the analyzing the photo stage I’ve had my phone been waiting for it to finish for like 30 minutes now.

Hi there! I’m genuinely sorry you had this experience — it’s incredibly frustrating, and I’m really embarrassed that it happened right after you subscribed. Unfortunately, your first day coincided with the only server outage we’ve ever had, caused by a temporary issue from our hosting provider. Everything was fixed within a few hours, and now the app is fully operational. Your subscription remains active, and you can use all the features immediately.
To make up for this inconvenience, I’d love to offer you something special. I’m currently developing a personalized color analysis report that includes all seasonal profiles, along with a custom selection of outfit inspirations tailored specifically for you. Although this feature isn’t officially ready yet, I’d be happy to prepare it personally for you.
