I have been enjoying this game until today. I don’t mind watching ads in between games or to earn extra stuff, but today I have constant small ads popping up at the bottom of my phone on top of my keyboard. Swiping them away makes my whole screen move down, and I can’t type the words with it there. It’s be one thing if it was every few minutes, but it’s constant. One after another. I updated my app in the hopes they would go away, but they didn’t. It makes it really annoying to play the game.
Update: they contacted me and fixed the issue. I’m back to playing crossword again without the annoying interruptions. Thank you for listening to your customers!

I’ve been playing this game for over two years! I’ve played over 2200 crosswords, I have spent soooooo much money on this app for coins in the past at least $300 USD ANd I had also purchased one of the NO ADS options, well for about 2 months I am not receiving any coins for puzzle play, they go into a “piggy bank” that I’m required to pay for to claim, therefore I can only get 5 coins an hour by watching a stupid 30 second ad. For the past 4 days or so, I’ve been getting ADS on top of my crosswords literally covering the screen, and constant video ads popping up especially when I finish a puzzle. This is annoying and slows me down. These ads make the game freeze. Also I am not gaining any free 5 letter or free word hints. I do claim my daily gift of a few coins, but I log in over 20 times a day and I haven’t earned a power up in over a month. Also, I haven’t been able to purchase coins because the prices have nearly tripled. Support has not got back to me on this matter. Please fix the glitches, remove the ads from my account, and allow me to earn power ups! Also if I get a pop up that says “watch add to earn 10 coins” I only get 5. This is so frustrating, especially because I paid for no ads and there’s not a restore purchase button. I had to watch over 30 ads today and maybe got through less than 10 crosswords today.

This game will have many reviews about the topic of accessability for those who are visually impaired/blind. Right now, in the first "chapter" of this review series, there's a text edit field at the beginning of the game. also, Braille support seems to be working. I cannot double-tap—of course, this will be a single-tap for those who see. I cannot select the edit field with the VoiceOver gesture, so why is this? Notifications and everything else hat both speech and Braille output—very good with names ofbuttons. When accessability issues, for example, the one listed here, when those ratings rise, you'll be the first one to know! Let's improve the app, so that all may explore together! Also, why you're creating simple puzzles with many repetitions of things is probably for those with cognitive delays, right? I just wanna say to your haters to have more respect for those of us who are disabled and might forget things often due to disability.
