Tiny Empire is a charming artillery game with 16-bit pixel art visuals and epic soundtrack that'll take you back to the great old days of gaming.

Wage war against the empire of the orcs, always following (or maybe not) the advice of your silly yet brave Tiny King.

• Huge realm packed with more than 100 missions
• Classic RPG foes: beholders, golems, duergar, drows and many more
• Use the spoils of war to gear up your warriors with the best equipment of the 3 kingdoms

For the king!

Editors’ Notes

It's hard to run an empire—even a tiny one—when orcs, dwarves, and golems are all up in your business. Cannonballs make excellent monster repellent, but your aim must be true: bonk, blast, and obliterate the green menace while leaving your loyal soldiers unharmed. Tiny Empire gently ramps up the challenge by introducing new types of foes, obstacles, and weaponry, all presented in an adorable art style inspired by 16-bit games.

Good times!

Big fan of this game, for a lot of reasons. I was bracing myself for an angry birds clone, and was pleasantly surprised to find it more like crush-the-castle. I haven't felt like I've played this 100 times before, it's a lot of fun and easy to get hooked on. A bit shorter than I'd like, but I hope to see more levels soon!

The other big plus is the complete lack of attempts to get extra money out of players, which is rare these days for small games. No ads, no "pay to remove ads", not even the opportunity to purchase more diamonds. Everything you gain in the game is exclusively won through toil and effort, no shortcuts to the end. The epic cannon is a badge of merit, not an indicator of a deep wallet.

It's clear the developers made this to be a fun experience for their players, not as a reward for our lining their pockets. We need more games like this, and I hope to see more from this producer soon.
